A. Withdrawal conditions
Statutory period
You have afourteen (14) day periodto exercise your right of withdrawal,without having to give any reasonandfree of charge(except, where applicable, thedirect cost of returningthe goods, under the conditions below).
1) Start of the period
The 14-day withdrawal period runs:
- For a contract for the sale of goods:from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you,take physical possession of the goods.
- For an order of multiple goods delivered separately:from the day you (or the designated third party)take possession of the last good.
- For delivery of goods in multiple lots or pieces:from the day you (or the designated third party)take possession of the last lot or the last piece.
2) Who can exercise this right?
The right of withdrawal applies to theconsumerwithin the meaning of the French Consumer Code (a natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity).
3) Statutory exceptions
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (in particular ArticleL221-28), the right of withdrawalcannot be exercisedin certain cases (for example, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, etc.). Where applicable, these exceptions are specified at the time of ordering.
Right of withdrawal — how to exercise
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of anunambiguous statement(for example, a letter sent by post or email) before the expiry of the 14-day period.

- send us any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw.

Consequences of withdrawal
1) Refund
If you withdraw, we will refundall payments receivedfor the relevant order, includingdelivery costs(except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered).
The refund will be madewithout undue delayand, in any event, no later thanfourteen (14) daysfrom the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the refund using thesame means of paymentas you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, this refund willnot incur any feesfor you.
Possible withholding of refund
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is theearlier.
2) Return of products
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later thanfourteen (14) daysfrom the day you communicate your withdrawal decision to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return costs:you will have to bear thedirect cost of returningthe goods, unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.
3) Consumer liability
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
